• Results for Development (R4D) is a leading non-profit global development partner. • The SPD will provide technical leadership and management to the Health System Strengthening Practice. • The role focuses on providing leadership for health systems strengthening projects globally.
Requirements
• Advanced degree in relevant field • At least 15 years of experience in global health and health systems strengthening • Demonstrated experience working successfully with government and non-government partners on HSS initiatives • Strong ability to liaise and negotiate confidently with donor agencies • Strong people and program management skills • Ability to effectively lead and manage diverse teams • Excellent oral, verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytical and research skills • Experience living and/or working in low- and middle-income countries • Ability to work fluently in English required
