• Remote role. • Seeking a dedicated and visionary Sr. Manager of Engineering Program Management. • Collaborate with Engineering to define and design innovative solutions. • Oversee the lifecycle of solutions and services. • Manage infrastructure and network projects. • Influence agile transformation and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent educ/experience. • 8 years related experience; more preferred. • 6 years leadership experience leading teams in a complex and fast-paced moving environment. • Preferred: Master's Degree. • Experience in a healthcare environment. • Proven experience with agile methodologies and transformations. • Strong background in network management and infrastructure projects. • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members. • Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders. • Knowledge of current industry trends and emerging technologies. • Experience with Azure Dev Ops. • Budget management.
