• Support broad-based and executive compensation programs • Conduct compensation benchmarking and analyze market data trends • Drive annual compensation review processes and budgeting • Act as subject matter expert on executive compensation market trends • Assist with preparation of Compensation Committee materials • Train People team on compensation-related strategies and processes • Maintain Workday Advanced Compensation module configuration • Provide analytical support and data analysis • Conduct strategic analysis of workforce data for actionable recommendations • Ensure compliance with global compensation regulations • Participate in special projects, including compensation for new regions
• 3-5 years experience in a global compensation role with broad-based, sales team, and executive compensation programs. • Operate at multiple altitudes, prioritize workload and manage multiple projects and tasks. • Superior analytical and problem solving skills with a strong focus on attention to detail. • Ideally experience of working remotely/internationally coordinating with peers globally. • Excellent communicator in all channels and able to form strong working relationships. • Highly approachable with a customer service approach. • Detail-oriented and happy to own administrative tasks through to completion. • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred. • Experience with Workday HCM and Advanced Compensation preferred.
