Description

• As a Product Manager at Grafana Labs, you’ll develop a vision and strategy for your product domain. • You will own your product’s roadmap, collateral, and market research. • Collaborate with Grafana leadership on fine-tuning your product’s goals. • Be the primary advocate and expert in your area, communicating needs and functionality effectively. • Product Managers connect Engineering, Design, and Product Design to Go-To-Market. • Drive the roadmap of AI offerings and shape AI enhanced workflows and features. • Transform ideas and feedback into a product vision and roadmap. • Curate and properly represent user feedback to Engineering. • Work closely with Product Marketing to explain differentiation to Go-To-Market teams. • Use deep product expertise to make decisions about go-to-market strategies, pricing, packaging, licensing, and tiering.

Requirements

• A BSBA/BA in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience. • 3+ years of experience in Product Management. • 3+ years of experience working on a B2B SaaS product. • Experience with AI, ML and GenAI in particular. • A desire to dive into complex solutions and work with a highly technical product and customers. • Experience partnering with Product Design to build delightful user experiences. • Experience working with engineering teams to design and build products in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
