Description

• Run missing time punch report • Reach out to employees and supervisors to correct timesheet errors • Assist new hires in adding tax elections • Review tax elections for employee address changes in Workday • Review deferral and loan elections for 401k plan and fix discrepancies • Run absence report – pending time off reports • Communicate with supervisors to review and approve time off • Download payroll reports after payroll completion • Coordinate with Asure for tax filings • Prepare for final check processing by Payroll Manager • Follow up on all tax notifications from Affiliates • Review all emails regarding timesheets and requests • Maintain orderly and complete filing system • Provide customer service • Assist with month-end and year-end closing • Reconcile assigned GL accounts • Ensure effective communication with customers and vendors • Perform other ad hoc requests at discretion of Payroll Manager or CFO

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related business field • Previous experience in payroll and general bookkeeping • Non-profit and/or entertainment industry experience a plus • Workday Payroll experience required • Proficiency in MS Office with strong knowledge of Excel • Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts with accuracy • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills • Attention to detail with solid grammar and punctuation skills • Strong organizational and administrative skills • Ability to multi-task under pressure
