• Granicus is driven by the excitement of building, implementing, and maintaining technology • Supporting customers with equitable and inclusive technology • Granicus has served 5,500 government agencies and over 300 million citizen subscribers • Offering cloud-based solutions for communications, website design, agenda management, and records management • Looking for NetSuite Administrator to configure, maintain, and optimize the NetSuite Application • Critical to understand business processes and accounting practices for growth
🎯 Requirements
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite, including customizations and data migration • NetSuite Administrator Certification • Fully efficient in custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports, and NetSuite data model • Experience overseeing NetSuite integration, implementation and testing • Ability to support data import process and migration and maintain NetSuite updates • Create configurations and customizations of NetSuite to meet the business needs • Provide on-going systems and technical support for the NetSuite system • Familiar with the NetSuite dashboard and can provide users with relevant reports and KPIs • Experience in companies working in multi-currency multi-subsidiary NetSuite environments a plus • Experience in Advanced revenue module (ARM), Zone Advanced Billing, Avalara/Avatax, Fixed asset, prepaid, intercompany modules a plus • Strong understanding of billing, payments, A/R, general ledger, revenue recognition, planning, audit, and reporting • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to liaise with different departments • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
