• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries • Provide exceptional support to clients • Analyze and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients • Speak, write, and read French (C1 French) • Independently resolve queries and redirect technical issues • Liaise with the development team to address client concerns • Keep customers and staff informed about open/pending issues • Develop a detailed understanding of the EngagementHQ platform • Build credibility with customers by proactively solving their problems

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work night shifts based on Canada timing • Reliable internet connection and a home-office environment in Bangaluru, India • Adhere to Granicus' information security and data privacy policies
