• Work closely with designers and coders to solve problems • Write C++ code for gameplay prototypes • Contribute ideas to enrich the game • Solve gameplay problems with thoughtful mechanics • Mentor junior engineers • Emphasize prototypes and iteration over documentation • Help create an inclusive development culture • Not encouraged to work overtime

Requirements

• 5+ years as a professional developer • Experience with the Unreal engine • Good communication skills, both technical and non-technical • Skills to polish work to a high quality bar
