• Conduct detailed data analysis to assess credit risk, identify trends, and evaluate the performance of loan portfolios. • Interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights to support lending decisions and business strategies. • Develop and deliver regular automated reports and dashboards to senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and insights. • Perform scenario analysis and stress testing to evaluate potential risks and opportunities. • Identify opportunities to enhance data collection, analysis processes, and reporting methods. • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy in data analysis. • Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely. • Explore and integrate new data technologies and methodologies to enhance analytical capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. • Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus. • At least 4 years of professional work experience. • At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the commercial lending or fintech industry. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI (will be tested). • Experience in Cloud Computing Services such as Microsoft Azure is a plus. • Proven track record of conducting complex financial analyses and providing strategic recommendations.
