• Eigenverantwortliches Leiten von Projekten als Project Manager. • Product Owner für die kontinuierliche Verbesserung des Projektmanagement-Frameworks. • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern zur Verbesserung der Prozesse und Tools im Projektmanagement. • Unterstützung bei der Schulung und Befähigung von Teams zur effektiven Nutzung von Projektmanagement-Methoden. • Nutzung von Jira und Confluence zur Planung, Steuerung und Dokumentation der Projekte.
🎯 Requirements
• Mehrjährige Erfahrungen als Project Manager in einem dynamischen Umfeld, idealerweise im IT Beratungsumfeld. • Kenntnisse in Jira sowie Erfahrungen in klassischen und agilen Methoden des Projektmanagements (z. B. Scrum, Kanban, PMI, PRINCE2). • Analytisches Denken und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten. • Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsstärke sowie proaktive, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise. • Interesse an Automatisierung und KI-gestützten Projektmanagement-Tools.
