• Understands client's goals, challenges & expectations and be an advocate of the client's brand • Ensure accurate briefs are provided to members of the team, including timelines, and drive the process through to delivery of job in conjunction with senior account handlers • Maintain good day-to-day communications with our clients, proactively keeping them up to date on project statuses and gaining responses to GPC’s questions • Build strong relationships with clients so that the clients would position the agency as a trusted partner • Ensure client response rates are maintained at a professional and appropriate level at all key milestones within the project • Support clients in understanding the steps involved in projects, providing explanations where required • Ensure that the team has all information they need, liaise with all departments within GPC to bring together the relevant delivery team and work hand in hand with the team to drive the right response and best way to deliver the work, to the highest quality, including to ensure work progresses are on track • Keep the team updated with any relevant industry developments, trends, competitors related activities that you find, whether related to our business or our clients • Reconcile projects regularly, provide internal status updates of the projects and flag to Account Manager where activity has gone beyond the scope • Begin to apply strategic thinking to all deliverables, considering how they fit within the bigger picture of a project or even the client’s business, work closely with senior account handlers and other team members to develop the skills • Supports account upsell and value-add projects for clients
• 5+ years of account management and client services experience in online advertising in outbound sales • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field • Fluent English • Prior experience at an online publisher, ad exchange, ad network, DSP, or other online advertising and online content position • Understanding of the Asian market and digital landscape • Proven stellar record of achieving targets and objectives • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to conduct sales presentations
