Description

• Performance Trust Capital Partners is seeking an Enterprise Shape Management (ESM) Lead Associate. • Work with Bank and Credit Union clients to optimize interest rate risk strategies. • Use modeling and presentation skills to build and present strategies to executives. • Oversee Asset Liability Management report process for clients. • Consult with Bank and Credit Union executives on strategy building. • Use financial software to project income and valuation in various scenarios. • Review data sets and forecasts for integrity and accuracy. • Conduct economic research on banking trends and fixed-income market. • Present results to client executive teams or ALCO committees. • Provide liquidity risk analysis, including stress testing.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in the financial industry (banking, investments, or consulting preferred) • Expert in Microsoft Office Suite (emphasis on Excel & PowerPoint) • Strong technical and analytical skills (experience using SQL & VBA a plus) • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written • Understanding of basic financial modeling • Series 7 & 63 registration and/or CFA designation preferred
