Description

• Responsible for ensuring Grok's UK and European institutional partners' international recruitment and engagement activities. • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and implement sales strategies. • Oversee and nurture relationships with UK institutions. • Provide ongoing consultative support to clients. • Work with the AVP Client Success to expand engagement. • Act as a strategic advisor for clients' recruitment strategies. • Lead and mentor staff, ensuring high-quality performance. • Monitor client success metrics and provide internal feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred. • 7+ years of experience in the international higher education sector. • Demonstrated relationship management experience with key stakeholders. • Demonstrated experience in developing key accounts and/or partnerships through consultative support and strategic guidance. • Proven track record of building and managing strategic relationships with higher education institutions in the UK. • Strong consultative sales experience with a focus on developing existing client accounts. • Knowledge of international student recruitment, enrollment strategies, and global higher education markets. • Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
