📋 Description

• The Senior Compliance Consultant provides support to the Clear Spring Property and Casualty Group companies to help meet the various state and federal compliance requirements. • They are a key resource for the business to help get product filed and approved with the states and bureaus, keep up to date with changes to laws, regulations, bulletins, circulars and monitor compliance with them. • Oversees producer compliance, program compliance, and other projects as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred. • 5 + years of Property & Casualty commercial lines compliance experience, particularly in a senior role. • An additional insurance-related certification, such as CPCU, MCM, AIE, CIE preferred. • Must exhibit expertise in industry trends, state regulations, and compliance processes. • Must promote and exemplify appropriate and effective decision-making. • Promotes and exemplifies a culture of collaboration, including stakeholders at various levels and in various departments. • Effective prioritization and organization. • Ability to drive key projects to completion. • Experience using SERFF. • Experience using StateFilings.com, Filing Ramp, or similar platform. • Ability to use legal research tools.
