• Develop and implement grocery channel strategy and retailer specific sales strategies • Lead, mentor, motivate, and develop the grocery sales team • Establish and strengthen strategic relationships with key grocery retailers • Understand and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth • Partner closely with sales strategy, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams • Leverage strong financial acumen in pricing/promotional strategies
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field • MBA preferred • Minimum of 12 years of sales experience • Directly managing major grocery retailers • Broker management • At least 5 years of people leadership • Internal sales strategy/customer marketing required
