Description
• Work with leaders across Delivery Teams to improve group operations. • Own the group's cadences, communications, and OKR tracking. • Coordinate and drive special projects within Product and Technology teams. • Support and guide team members through best practices for process improvements. • Evolve and optimise operational processes for alignment with organisational goals.
Requirements
• Proven experience in Events, Program or Project Management role, or similar within the start/scale up tech environment • Experience in Organisational Change Management & Communications • Experience prioritising, managing and tracking multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Keen eye for detail and drives, ensures high standards of excellence • Self-motivated with a desire to constantly learn, develop and grow • Integrity and trustworthiness with humility/willingness to question one’s own assumptions • Ability to build relationships and rapport fast and constantly expand internal networks • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, bringing clarity to situations
