β’ The Call Center Relationship Specialist is responsible for providing friendly, expedient, competent and professional customer service to members via telephone and/or written correspondence. β’ Cross-sells Credit Union products and services. β’ Supports a sales and service environment that is focused on the credit unionβs mission, vision and core values. β’ The shift for this opening is Monday - Friday from 10am - 7pm with rotating Saturday coverage.
β’ High school diploma required. β’ Some college from an accredited college or university is preferred. β’ 1-3 years sales and service experience required, preferably in a call center environment. β’ Effective communication skills to include: active listening, voice quality, grammar, articulacy, strong interpersonal skills, multi-tasking ability, conflict management and telephone etiquette skills. β’ Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) preferred. β’ Working knowledge of Windows-based PC products and general office equipment. β’ Must be able to sit for extended periods of time. β’ Must be able to read, write, speak and type English. β’ Must be able to hear and use a telephone. β’ Use of computer requires repetitive keystrokes.
