📋 Description
• Manage order entry, sales mapping, and BOM creation in Shopify • Handle cost accounting, financial reporting, and accounts payable processes • Collaborate across departments to resolve financial and operational issues • Ensure accurate vendor setup, invoice coding, and seamless financial transactions in QuickBooks or similar software
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years experience with Quickbooks or similar accounting tool is a must-have • 1+ years experience in Shopify • Advanced Excel experience (v-lookup, pivot tables, and basic formulas) • Basic experience with G Suite is a must-have • Familiarity with Slack and Gmail for internal comms is nice to have • Experience in the retail industry
