📋 Description
• Responsible for asset development, audience segmentation, and campaign quality assurance in multiple marketing communication channels • Work closely with Lifecycle Marketing Operations strategists and managers to recommend features, design tests, and review strategy • Create and set up campaigns in Braze, including HTML builds, asset setup, and audience segmentation • Handle hands-on day-to-day operations for email marketing campaigns • Perform testing and Quality Assurance (QA) on campaigns before launch
🎯 Requirements
• Experience with Braze (preferred), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle, or similar platforms for email marketing campaigns • Proficiency in HTML/CSS and Liquid (Shopify, Braze) for building and editing emails • Basic understanding of audience segmentation and targeting for marketing campaigns • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Ability to work in EST
