Description

• Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice, and patients accessing high-quality care. • As a Senior Engineering Manager for our Platform Team, you will oversee the design, development, and evolution of our infrastructure, CI/CD pipeline, and services. • You’ll be part of a remote-friendly team of engineers reporting directly into the Senior Director of Engineering for the Internal Foundations group.

Requirements

• Have 8+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years in a management role • Strong experience working inside and managing platform / infrastructure teams • A proven track record in team leadership, conflict resolution, and driving team success in an agile environment. • Exceptional communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional, distributed teams. • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
