Description

•Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice, and patients accessing high-quality care. •As the company’s second User Researcher, you will lead end-to-end research using a range of qualitative and quantitative methods. •Partnering closely with product managers, designers, engineers and data analysts to identify and prioritize research questions. •Designing and executing qualitative and quantitative research studies, including interviews, usability tests, surveys and diary studies, and more. •Developing research plans, determining methods, creating instruments, recruiting participants and executing research. •Analyzing research data to identify trends, insights, and actionable findings that inform product and design decisions. •Documenting findings and presenting insights to teams and stakeholders in a clear and compelling way, leveraging storytelling techniques to convey user needs and opportunities. •Creating artifacts that encapsulate key insights about user needs, behaviors, and motivations to support product and design teams. •Continuously advocating for users and providing strategic insights that inform the design and product development process. •Supporting and iterating on processes for continuous research and sharing (e.g. rolling research, research repositories).

Requirements

•You’ve been a full-time user researcher for 2-4 years and are proficient in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including usability testing, interviews, diary studies, surveys, and data analysis. •You have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights clearly to various audiences. •You uphold research ethics and are sensitive to the complexities of research involving PHI and sensitive populations. •You’re passionate about impact and can speak to how you work with partners to ensure findings and recommendations land and spark change. •You’re curious, resourceful, and collaborative.
