• Provide supportive engagement to prospective and existing clients primarily via SMS and phone. • Operate on a flexible, on-call schedule for client inquiries. • Monitor client communications and respond with empathy and clarity. • Proactively check in on clients to ensure satisfaction and progress. • Use open-ended questions to provide personalized guidance. • Manage phone consultations for clients who prefer real-time discussions. • Record client interactions and progress notes accurately in CRM. • Support ongoing engagement with additional resources and addressing barriers. • Collaborate with team to refine onboarding and support processes.
