β€’ As the first point of contact for inbound leads, you will qualify prospects, provide key information, and schedule meetings for the sales team. β€’ Lead Management: Promptly respond to inbound inquiries from various channels (website, phone, email). β€’ Qualification: Assess leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT). β€’ Customer Engagement: Educate potential clients on services and address inquiries. β€’ Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings with high-potential leads for the sales team. β€’ CRM Maintenance: Accurately update and manage lead data in the CRM. β€’ Performance Goals: Consistently meet or exceed quotas for qualified meetings. β€’ Collaboration: Work with sales leadership to ensure seamless lead handoff. β€’ Market Insights: Provide feedback on lead quality and emerging trends. β€’ Call Center Proficiency: Leverage prior experience to enhance call efficiency and effectiveness. β€’ Time Management: Handle high inquiry volumes while maintaining responsiveness. β€’ Adaptability: Adjust to shifting priorities and evolving business needs.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 2+ years in inbound sales, sales development, or call center roles. β€’ Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. β€’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal). β€’ Excellent phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly. β€’ Proficiency in CRM systems and lead management tools. β€’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. β€’ Strong organizational and time management skills. β€’ Quick learner, adaptable to new information and tools. β€’ Time Zone Flexibility: Must accommodate PST to EST working hours. β€’ Call Center Experience: Proven understanding of call metrics and high-volume outreach.
