📋 Description
• Seeking a skilled 508 Compliance Testing Specialist for accessibility testing. • Conduct accessibility testing on websites, software, documents, and multimedia content. • Use automated tools and manual testing methods to identify accessibility issues. • Collaborate with developers and designers to communicate findings.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience • 3+ years of experience in software test engineering • 2+ years of experience in 508 compliance testing or digital accessibility testing • Knowledge of Section 508 standards and WCAG guidelines • Proficiency with accessibility testing tools such as WAVE, AXE, or Siteimprove • Familiarity with assistive technologies, including screen readers and magnifiers • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for identifying and resolving accessibility issues • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • US Citizenship required • Ability to acquire and maintain a Secret Clearance
