📋 Description

• This is an exciting opportunity in the large and growing segment of healthcare and well-being. • As a member of the ComPsych Business Applications team, you will work in a dynamic and collaborative work environment. • You will use your QA expertise to collaborate with a growing team through quality assurance efforts on projects critical to business stakeholders. • The ideal candidate should be a self-starter who proposes solutions, follows a disciplined approach, and has a passion for finding issues before they reach production. • The Quality Assurance Analyst will operate as an integral part of a high-performing technical team and will clearly communicate project status to senior team members and management, proactively assist peers and resolve conflicts, and collaborate with development teams to deliver exceptional software experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in web and distributed systems • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices • Experience with test management and defect tracking systems • Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and RESTful APIs • Familiarity with batch processing concepts and asynchronous workflows • Experience testing microservice architectures preferred • Basic SQL knowledge for database validation • Ability to write clear, concise bug reports and test documentation • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science or Engineering preferred • Working knowledge of relational databases along with development and data modeling experience is highly desirable • Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, WebDriver, Protractor, Cypress, and/or JUnit is preferred
