📋 Description
• Support Quality Assurance needs of Banks Operations functions • help to expand quality sampling controls through Call Monitoring, Document reviews, and Procedure Adherence • Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits
🎯 Requirements
• College Degree or experience in lieu of • Minimum 3 experience in quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools • Working knowledge of banking documentation, bank core systems, collections core systems, operations, and accounting • Previous experience building a high performing bank operations function desired • Excellent analytical skills • Highly proficient PC skills including MS Excel and Word • Ability to work independently
