• Serve as a mentor and technical leader for a development team • Collaborate with business analysts and business stakeholders on project initiatives • Own solutions from a leadership perspective • Communicate status of project initiatives and bug-fixes/improvements to management • Guide technical analysis and development of critical application features • Participate in production support on a rotation basis
• 8+ years of full lifecycle software development experience with web application development • 3+ years of experience mentoring a team of software developers • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field • Masters of Science preferred • Breadth of knowledge and experience as a full-stack developer with a wide variety of technologies and software solutions
