• Guide clients through the rollover process • Build rapport with clients via phone and email • Ensure timely filing of documents with 3rd party vendors • Generate accurate legal documents • Prepare final Corporation and Plan documents • Collaborate with Sales team for client updates • Assist clients with bank account setup • Explain company products and services • Contribute to department projects

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age • 1-2 years of customer relations experience required • Passion for outstanding customer service • Willingness to navigate tough financial conversations • Drive to learn with proactive problem solving • Experience managing multiple accounts • Competitive attitude about production while maintaining high quality work • Ability to work in an autonomous environment • Ability to create an inclusive workplace
