📋 Description

• As a Senior Consultant, you will be part of a team responsible for solving the most complex issues faced by hospitals, health systems, and medical groups. • You will have the opportunity to work across a variety of projects within the healthcare revenue cycle realm to achieve financial growth objectives for your clients. • Senior Consultants work on multiple assignments at any given time and receive exposure to a broad range of healthcare projects. • Senior Consultants are responsible for managing assigned project workstreams, adhering to project timelines and producing high quality deliverables for clients and internal executives. • You will assist with coaching and mentoring for Consultants. • We encourage career development and hiring for the long term. • As a Senior Consultant, you will follow a clearly defined career path and continue to deepen your specialized industry knowledge and consulting skills. • As you hone your project deliverable skills and aptitude for managing multiple workstreams, you will have the opportunity to progress to the Managing Consultant level.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 3+ years of revenue cycle management experience, focused on optimization and performance improvement • 3+ years of management consulting, professional services, and/or project management experience • Demonstrated ability to present to large groups, both externally and within the practice • Proven success in driving operational process improvement and change management for revenue cycle optimization projects within hospitals and/or health systems • Master's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Clinical Administration (Nice To Have) • Certifications in Epic (Nice To Have) • Intermediate to advanced data manipulation and analytical skills using Excel (Nice To Have)
