Description

• Assist and manage the deployment of mobile applications and security settings to support Decennial operations via mobile devices (Apple) • Help with Cloudflare on mobile devices, as well as configuring and deploying of devices (Intune, Apple Device, and Cloudflare/MS Defender)

Requirements

• Four (4) years proven experience as Mobile Support Engineer • Bachelor’s degree; or Four (4) additional years of experience in lieu of degree • Demonstrated hands on experience managing MDM ( Mobile Device Management) policies using Microsoft Intune • Demonstrated hands on experience deploying mobile applications using Microsoft Intune • Demonstrated hands on experience documenting and training customers and coworkers on MDM solutions • Expertise in application deployment and customizations using Intune • Expertise deploying solutions to Apple devices (Ipad/iphones) • Experience deploying and managing security applications and settings on Apple devices to include Cloudflare, MS Defender, NIST 800-53 • Experience with NIST 800-53 (Nice to have) • Experience managing work in a federal government customer (Nice to have)
