Requirements
• Active state license/s • Independent practice capability • Following credentials are accepted -Licensed Mental Health Counselor - LMHC • Licensed Clinical Social Worker - LCSW • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist - LMFT • Licensed Professional Counselor - LPC • Licensed Mental Health Professional - LMHP • Psychologist (PhD/PsyD)
