Description

β€’ Responsible for handling inbound customer calls from both providers and members. β€’ Ensure the highest level of service is provided no matter what the question or concern. β€’ Answer questions about benefits and eligibility, ensuring respectful communication. β€’ Maintain accuracy by providing complete and accurate information at all times. β€’ Document notes of each call for correct information storage. β€’ Abide by Customer Service Goals set by the Manager. β€’ Ensure adherence to Customer Service metrics.

Requirements

β€’ 0-1 years related work experience β€’ Inbound call center experience in the health insurance industry. β€’ High school diploma or GED β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. β€’ Qualified candidates should have a professional phone voice. β€’ Must possess good, basic computer and typing skills. β€’ Able to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel and Outlook)
