β’ Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. β’ At least 5 years of experience in brand marketing, events management, and shopper marketing. β’ Proven track record of managing brand activations and events. β’ Experience in managing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships. β’ Excellent communication and project management skills. β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. β’ Good knowledge of the Canadian retail landscape is a plus. β’ Passion for health, wellness, and sustainability. β’ Strategic mindset with strong project management skills β’ Analytical skills to interpret data and inform strategies. β’ Ability to work cross-functionally and foster collaboration. β’ Detail-oriented with flexibility to travel and manage events during the weekend and evenings.
