• Spearhead development of a product aimed at unlocking value for existing Gusto customers • Unlock savings for SMBs through tax credits and grants • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Ops and Data Science on product development • Lead product discovery to understand customer problems • Run lean experiments and A/B tests
Requirements
• 8+ years of hands-on Product Management experience • Proven track record of building 0 to 1 products • Strong product discovery skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity • Natural curiosity, grit, customer obsession, attention to detail • Ability to tell a compelling story • Strong collaboration skills • Passion for helping small businesses
