• Leading cross-functional initiatives while implementing with Partners • Building scalable systems and tooling to help fuel rapid growth goals • Project Planning and Expertise: Planning for and executing intricate deliveries of programs for GEP's highest impact partner implementations • Connecting technical details, growth initiatives, and support needs • Coordinating across x-GEP and x-Gusto initiatives to track progress, connect dependencies, and discover risks early • Standardizing delivery process and playbook for complex partner deliveries

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on external client engagements, enterprise technology/SaaS experience is a bonus. • Hands-on experience owning complex, x-functional project planning and execution; facilitation, organization, and stakeholder management • Strong business-minded partnerships interest and acumen: understands partner lifecycle and investments required to enable partner success • Excited by the combination of working deeply with individual partners and building for scale • Strong sense of ownership and resilience; adaptive to changing priorities and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Exceptional communication and influencing skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments and global teams. • A strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and scalability • Thrives/finds the opportunity in ambiguity and has a passion for building and testing new processes.
