Description
• Play a critical leadership role in the strategy and execution of HR Apps vision • Inspire teams across Gusto to build on top of our platform • Focus on creating cohesive and integrated user experiences
Requirements
• 5+ years of product management experience with at least 4 focused on customer facing products • Demonstrated experience scaling platform products end-to-end. 0-1 experience is a bonus • Ideal candidates will have seen products through a period of growth, transition or change and will have proven methodologies and tangible examples for how they’ve driven adoption
