Description

• Reporting directly to the VP of Product, accountable for increasing employees' access to financial wellness services • Lead a team of Growth Product Managers to drive growth across four key pillars • Collaborate with the VP of Product to define and execute a comprehensive B2B2C product growth strategy aligned with company objectives • Drive revenue growth by optimizing registration and transfer growth while ensuring effective B2B growth and Card development • Utilize data analytics to identify growth opportunities, track performance metrics, and optimize growth initiatives • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities • Build and lead a high-performing growth team, providing mentorship and guidance • Work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment • Develop strategies to enhance user acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty • Design and oversee A/B tests and other experiments to validate growth hypotheses.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15+ years in product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the fintech or tech industry, including experience leading a product team of 5 or more members. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred. • Proven ability to drive revenue growth for sizable product lines or businesses, with a strong track record of measurable success. • Understanding of growth models and loops to drive sustainable growth. • Mastery of Acquisition, Activation, Conversion, Retention, and Monetization strategies to optimize these key growth areas. • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in self-service data analysis (yes SQL) and performance tracking tools. • Deep Experimentation experience; knowledge of forming hypotheses, setting up tests, measuring results, and iterating on learnings. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clarity from ambiguity and distill complex issues into easy-to-understand narratives. • Demonstrated success in leading and scaling product growth teams in a fast-paced environment, fostering innovation and achieving high performance.
