Description
• Responsible for shaping and executing on newly reformed 0-to-1 team for Tax Credits. • Craft high quality and intuitive end-to-end experiences for customers. • Simplify the intricate journey of discovering and securing tax credits while ensuring user-friendliness. • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand customer problems and identify opportunities. • Ensure proposed solutions are customer-informed through research and data. • Balance short-term improvements with long-term vision for customer experience. • Drive solutions that empower customers to make confident and informed tax credit decisions.
Requirements
• 8+ years’ Product Design experience, majority in-house. • Ideally you’ve worked on enabling simple, easy to use experiences in complex domains like payroll, benefits, finance or banking. • Proven track record of designing great UX for complex workflows and crafting end-to-end experience visions and frameworks. • Service design mindset recognizing that the customer experience extends to human touchpoints. • Customer-focused mindset speaking to the impact of the experience shipped in tangible terms. • Strong opinions loosely held and a willingness to engage in constructive debates. • Communication and collaboration skills that enable you to explain the impact of your work. • Ability to embrace ambiguous situations as opportunities to add clarity. • A builder who loves being hands on crafting high quality, high impact solutions.
