•Lead the experience direction for a product area within Gusto Pro •Involved in the entire product development process from research to launch •Work with cross-functional partners to understand customer problems •Collaborate with Research, Data Science, and Customer Support teams •Advocate for great UX and hold high standards for customer experience •Drive team-wide impact through mentorship and collaboration
Requirements
•8+ years' Product Design experience •A builder who loves being hands on crafting high quality, high impact solutions •Experience designing end-to-end customer journeys from software to service •Strong understanding of common web patterns and foundations •Strong opinions loosely held and a willingness to engage in constructive debates •Strong UX craft — ability to break down complex experiences •Ability to embrace ambiguous situations as opportunities to create •Passion for Gusto’s mission
