📋 Description

• Hiring a Senior Backend Software Engineer for Wellhub, a corporate wellness platform. • Focus on improving user experiences in the wellbeing journey. • Develop and maintain apps, frontend, and backend services. • Collaborate with product, UX, and data teams. • Enhance services for subscriber satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field. • Strong skills in programming languages such as Python, Go, Kotlin, Java, C or C++. • Experienced in working with SQL/NoSQL technologies (e.g., OpenSearch, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL). • Experience with API development and integration. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication (both in English and Portuguese) and teamwork skills. • Able to work efficiently on highly scalable and distributed projects. • Proven experience with undefined project scopes. • Faster learner and adapts quickly to new technologies. • Passionate about building reliable minimum viable products. • Preferred: PhD degree in relevant fields • Preferred: Familiarity with large language models and generative AI frameworks. • Preferred: Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). • Preferred: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure). • Preferred: Knowledge of data engineering and ETL processes. • Preferred: Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries. • Preferred: Understanding of natural language processing (NLP).
