📋 Description
• Help define architecture of systems and integrations, innovate, and update design docs. • Ensure successful deliveries and long-term technical health. • Maintain high code quality standards and pride in work. • Advocate for development best practices like code reviews and TDD. • Build reusable code for future use. • Participate in incident resolution and production troubleshooting. • Follow up on engineering and product KPIs. • Live the mission: inspire and empower others regarding well-being.
🎯 Requirements
• Consolidated experience in web/mobile development. • Experience with ReactJS/React Native ecosystem. • Experience with monitoring, observability, and KPIs tracking. • Experience in implementing prototypes and practices like MVP and A/B testing. • Proficient in common UX patterns. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. • Experience with microservices and high-volume distributed systems. • Strong communication skills in English and Portuguese. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
