It is our role to work in partnership with our colleagues and our customers to understand the most valuable products we can deliver to the market. We strive to deeply understand our customers’ needs, and our users’ workflows, to solve their problems in simple and novel ways. • You will engage with medical, commercial, clinical research organizations and other pharmaceutical stakeholders to showcase the value of our Site and Patient Universe and HCPU platforms and partnership, and help us expand our position as the market leader. • You will be responsible for both new logo acquisition and client retention by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers. • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and ensuring they become H1 advocates • Present and demonstrate company products/services to clients, addressing their unique business challenges. • Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure overall account health, strategic planning, progress and a seamless customer experience. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue projections

🎯 Requirements

• You’re a seasoned sales professional, with 4+ years of experience successfully selling enterprise B2B SaaS technology, including managing new logo acquisitions and renewals. • You have experience closing complex sales-cycles, including prior success in closing $1M deals and managing multiple large accounts • If you have experience selling into CRO (Clinical Research Organizations), pharmaceutical, medical affairs, biotech or related clinical research operational experience, preferred. • You are comfortable with traveling to customers 20% of the time
