Description

• This role involves the planning, oversight, support, and active management of IT services to support our digital-first workplace. • Automate existing manual processes to drive efficiency and improve IT service delivery. • Collaborate closely with the EMEA team on strategic projects to ensure seamless IT operations across time zones. • Build and improve IT infrastructure with a strong focus on security, working in partnership with the Information Security (IS) team.

Requirements

• 4+ years as an IT Engineer or similar role. • Experience working in a customer or end-user centric position. • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for developing new processes and policies. • Process oriented with an understanding of ITIL and of IT general controls within a public company. • Experience working with various SSO protocols (SAML, OIDC, SCIM) and using them in enterprise-grade solutions like Okta. • Experience of developing application integrations and automations in Workato or similar. • Experience configuring, troubleshooting and managing communications and collaboration tools, including Slack, Google Workspace, Monday, and Zoom. • Working knowledge of Kandji or other MDM production environments with 500+ endpoints. • Ability to work autonomously in a fully distributed environment including support for employee onboarding, employee offboarding, and asset management. • Aptitude for learning new technologies. • Must be based remotely in the US or Canada.
