📋 Description
• HackerOne is seeking a Senior Product Operations Manager who is entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and loves working across diverse teams. • Responsibilities will include proactively identifying areas for improvement, building new initiatives. • You will own critical company-wide initiatives such as our roadmapping process, product release programs, and company-wide communications.
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years experience in Product Operations or Program Management at a fast-growing software company • Track record of success delivering processes and frameworks that drive business results • Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills, including communication with senior executives • Experience working with Agile Software methodology • Strong history working with product development and marketing teams (references will be requested) • Able to support teams in both North American and European time zones • Prior experience and success leading cross-functional teams remotely, occasional travel required • Work remotely in the US
