📋 Description

• Join the Software Research & Development team to improve transfusion management workflows • Help prioritize features and manage product roadmap • Deliver value on SafeTrace Tx®, BloodTrack, and TEG Manager products • Address challenges in hospitals by providing state-of-the-art technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (higher-level degrees may substitute for years of experience) • 6+ years of experience in product development, ownership, or transfusion management experience • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) (preferred) • Knowledge of transfusion or hemostasis workflows • Experience with BloodTrack software (as an end-user or support) Strongly Preferred • Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Preferred • Strong ability to break down features into clear, manageable user stories • Effective communication and collaboration with technical and commercial teams
