• We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Ambassador to manage all inbound website leads, execute on outbound event promotion activities and post-event lead follow-ups, handle web chat interactions, and assist with social media engagement and interacting with communities like Reddit. • This role is crucial in nurturing potential clients, enhancing their experience with the Halcyon brand, and ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or similar experience. • 2+ years of experience in lead management, sales support, or customer service, preferably within B2B SaaS (cybersecurity is a bonus). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and web chat tools is desired but not required. • A desire to expand your knowledge in the cyber security industry, marketing, and sales. • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proactive, with a positive attitude and a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
