📋 Description
• Halcyon is the industry’s first dedicated, adaptive security platform • We are looking for a People Operations Business Partner to drive culture, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness • The role partners closely with leaders and employees • Design and manage employee engagement initiatives • Partner with leaders to support employee relations and coaching • Provide direct support to junior and senior leaders • Oversee employee offboarding • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for onboarding improvements • Lead performance management efforts • Support HR operational efforts such as job leveling • Maintain compliance with labor laws
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of related People Operations Business Partnership experience • Strong relationship-building skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset • Passion for making a direct impact on business outcomes • Excellent communication and facilitation abilities to drive organizational change • Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and global HR compliance • Familiarity with global HCM platforms, preferably Workday • Experience working in collaboration and productivity tools including Confluence and JIRA
