• We’re looking for an Interactive Visual Designer who excels at translating brand identity into engaging, user-focused digital experiences. • This role is centered on designing interactive websites and experiences that enhance the online presence of brands. • Reporting to the Design Team Lead, you’ll collaborate with strategists and developers to create visually compelling, user-friendly interfaces that resonate with consumers. • You’ll work with brands in a range of industries, including—but not limited to—retail, lifestyle, direct-to-consumer, and editorial, delivering impactful, brand-driven web experiences.
• Visual & Interactive Design Expertise: Strong portfolio showcasing visual design for brand-centric websites and digital experiences, ideally with experience in industries like fashion, retail, lifestyle, editorial, and direct-to-consumer services. • Branding & Storytelling: Ability to extend brand identities into engaging online experiences, using design to tell each client’s unique story and reinforce their market presence. • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles. While coding is not required, a solid understanding of development helps ensure your designs are practical and feasible. • Prototyping & Animation: Experience with tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar for prototyping and adding subtle animations. Ability to bring designs to life with interactive elements that enhance user experience. • Creative Thinking & Problem-Solving: Strong creative thinking skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to push beyond conventional design approaches to create unique, brand-centered experiences. • Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams. Ability to articulate design decisions and adapt based on feedback.
