• Halo believes in innovation by inclusion to solve digital problems. • We are seeking a talented Business Analyst (Technical) to join our dynamic team. • As a crucial link between our technical and business teams, you will drive success of technical projects. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather and define technical requirements. • Utilize your knowledge of agile methodologies to facilitate efficient project execution. • Guide the team through stages of development to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. • Bridge the gap between technical developers and non-technical stakeholders. • Take ownership of the product backlog, prioritizing user stories and features. • Craft user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation for the development team. • Proactively identify potential roadblocks and collaborate on effective solutions. • Maintain open communication and engage in team discussions across time zones.

Requirements

• Bachelor in Computer science or Engineering degree or equivalent practical experience. • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong technical background working with complex backend products. • Gherkin / BDD knowledge is mandatory. • Proficiency in agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and the ability to champion these practices within the team. • Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its application to software projects. • Experience working with product management tools and platforms. • Previous involvement in product ownership, including backlog management and feature prioritization. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to manage complex tasks in a remote work environment. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
