Description

• Work a base schedule of 30 hours a week, including: • 20 hours dedicated to therapy sessions • 10 hours dedicated to individual and group consultations, clinical notes & documentation, and other administrative tasks • Clinical hours can be between 3:30pm-8:30pm est, Monday-Friday • You’ll be able to utilize Saturdays for clinical sessions, if preferred (9am-1pm est) • Provide weekly psychotherapy using CBT and other evidence-based practices to children ages 8-17 and young adults over age 18 years • Participate in weekly 1-on-1 case consultations, weekly team consultations, peer-only huddles, and ongoing professional development programming • Complete clinical notes and documentations in a timely manner • Communicate with your client’s pediatricians, school counselors, and other members of their family, as needed

Requirements

• Licensed mental health professionals with at least 3 years post-graduate experience providing psychotherapy • Active unrestricted license in North Carolina • Required license types: Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist • Ability to work independently with a strong interest in collaboration and learning • Clinical experience working with young people and their families • Knowledge of and/or some training in evidence based mental health treatments • Comfort with using and learning new technologies, including Zoom, Office, electronic health record systems, and other team collaboration tools
